Amethyst deceivers really are purple, I promise. They even stay purple when you cook them, and they're great fried in butter. The blend I've come up picks up their distinctive purple and blends in their gentle brown undertone (better photos to come in due course).
This is a really woolly blend, and it's merino free. It's pretty soft, and would be perfect for colourwork and cosy garments and accessories.
